Safety Databases such as ISNetworld®, Veriforce®, and Avetta® are contractor management platforms designed to connect companies with qualified candidates based on regulatory requirements. Safety, procurement, and regulatory information is collected and verified on their databases, allowing clients to quickly and easily find contractors or know that their current contractors fit their safety culture. This process results in a more organized, safer workplace, mitigating risk for both parties.

Vector Safety Solutions offers full-service compliance management solutions.

• We can do everything from setting up the account from the beginning and answering/assisting with the Questionnaire (MSQ™, SSQ™, etc.) to maintaining existing accounts.
• Entering Statistical Data—Quarterly report of average number of employees, total hours worked, and total recordable incidents. Companywide and Company specific (when required).
• Submitting Certificate of Insurance and Certificate of Good Standing—If preferred, we will work directly with your insurance company to get COIs accepted.
• Submitting Safety Programs—We will submit your safety programs. If programs are needed, see “Policy Management Development” for more information.
• Site Tracker, Sub Tracker, TQ, and Site-Specific Online Training Assignments.
• Submit Training Documentation—We will contact you before training expires to avoid non-compliance.
• RAVS Plus™ Assistance—We can assist with action items.
• Create OSHA 300 & 300A Logs and submit them.
• Submitting EMR Letters.
