Brandon is the co-owner and co-founder of Vector Safety Solutions. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and health. Using his military, construction, and safety management experience, he specializes in Safety Management Systems, Incident response, and industrial hygiene. He holds the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation and is experienced in Hazard and risk assessments, Safety Program development, and DOT Compliance.

Alec is the co-founder of Vector Safety Solutions. Using his experience in the railroad, crane, and heavy construction industries, he specializes in project planning and completion. He has successfully navigated roles that require a deep understanding of safety protocols, budget management, customer relations, and operational efficiency. As a team builder and problem solver, Alec excels in coordinating operations to optimize asset use, drive cost reduction, and ensure regulatory compliance. Whether overseeing crane operations, operating locomotives, leading safety initiatives, or managing complex transportation logistics, Alec has built a reputation for achieving measurable results.
